Lucy is a founding director of Prologue Youth Theatre Company. The company was formed in August 2020.

Prologue Youth Theatre Company provides high-quality workshops to help young people develop their creative, social and personal skills. With weekly workshops for young people aged 9 to 25, Prologue Youth Theatre Company supports young people in order to develop performance skills and nurture creativity.

Lucy was Head of Performance at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford, from 2015 to 2017, having previously been Youth Theatre Leader from 2010. She was responsible for the creative output of the department. This involved the programming all productions throughout the year, monitoring rehearsals and ensuring that a high standard of work was maintained.
Alongside this she directed a minimum of five productions per year. These included working with groups of various ages, directing the annual full-scale musical on the theatre’s main stage, and producing and directing the annual Edinburgh Festival Fringe productions.
